“I Primi d’Italia”, a National Festival which is at its XIth edition. In Foligno, “the centre of the world”, the great celebration of cooking with tasting, demonstration by well-known chefs, culture and show during which the main character is the first dish, but also many alimentary products which are fundamental for an excellent first dish. The festival takes place in September in the suggestive atmosphere of the medieval taverns and in the squares of the city centre. The tasting of the various typical Umbrian wines accompanies the flavour and the scent of the different regions.
